Invitation to 16^th ISSS

On behalf of the Scientific and Organizing Committees it is our privilege and pleasure to invite researchers and practitioners of liquid and gaseous phase chromatography and capillary electromigration separation techniques to participate in the 16th International Symposium on Separation Sciences - Recent Advancements in Chromatography and Capillary Electromigration Techniques - to be held September 6-10 in Rome, Italy. The 16th ISSS is organized by the Interdivisional Group of Separation Sciences of the Italian Chemical Society (SCI), under the auspicious of the Central European Group for Separation Science (CEGSS), the European Society for Separation Science (EuSSS), the Division of Analytical Chemistry and the Division of Chemistry for Environment and Cultural Heritage of SCI, and the Italian National Research Council (CNR). The Symposium has already received the patronage of the University of Turin, the Governor of the Region Lazio and the President of the Province of Rome.

The program will include invited lectures, oral presentations as parallel sessions, and poster presentations, in addition to rapid podium presentation of posters communications by young scientists and an instrument exhibition displaying the latest instrumental innovations. The Exhibition will form an integral part of the Symposium and will be located in the same hall as the posters and close to the conference rooms.

Great opportunities to meet colleagues in informal discussions will be facilitated by an attractive social program, taking advantage of the features of Rome: a city offering a multitude of cultural, historical and artistic attractions, all at walking distance from the Conference Halls of the National Research Council (CNR) Headquarter in P.le Aldo Moro 7, where the conference will be held.
