The Fee Waiver Program is intended to facilitate the participation at the 16th ISSS by qualified students and trainees with financial hardships that may limit their ability to attend the Symposium. Generally, Free-waivers will be preferentially awarded to participants from financially disadvantaged countries. A maximum of 5 waivers of registration fee will be granted. The criteria for selection is based on scientific merit evaluated on the basis of submitted abstract and CV. The applicants should download the Application Form for Registration Fee Waiver, which should be submitted together with the Abstract, CV and a letter confirming the official status of Student or Trainee to the Symposium Secretariat

In order to receive the waiver, the successful applicant must register and pay the registration fee by the early registration data to ensure that an oral or poster communication is not deleted from the program. The recipients of the waiver will receive the reimbursement of the registration fee at the registration desk.
