The Symposium Participant and Trainee/Student Registration Fee include:

The Accompanying Persons Registration Fee includes:

LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Symposium organizers will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to enable participants to obtain supporting funds or visas for attending the 16th ISSS. These invitation letters cannot be considered as an offer of financial support by the organizers.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any modification or cancellation Registration has to be notified in writing to the Organizing secretariat prior to JULY 15, 2010. A 40% administrative charge will be applied for any modification or cancellation. After this date, no modification is possible and no refund can be made for cancellations. All refunds will be made after the symposium.

PAYMENT TERMS:
The Symposium fee in Euro should be paid by bank transfer without any charge to the beneficiary.
Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name. Participants are kindly requested to send a copy of remittance of payment to the Symposium Secretariat by e-mail (  ) or by fax (+390690672269) and notification of the fax transmission by e-mail at the above address.
