Abstract Submission PDF Print E-mail

The 16th Scientific Committee strongly encourages the submission of abstracts for both oral and poster presentations. Young scientists, postdoctoral fellows, and Ph. D. students may submit abstracts for rapid podium presentation of posters communications. The submitted abstracts must express novelty and evidence of results beyond previously published work. The abstract, saved in MS Word format, should be single spaced and not longer than 2500 characters (about 350 words) using Times New Roman 14-point bold for the title; 12-point bold for the name(s) of the author(s), and 12-point italic for the affiliation(s) of the author(s). Abstracts must express novelty and evidence of results beyond previously published work and should not exceed 350 words. The deadline to be considered for an oral presentation is March 31, 2010. For consideration for a poster presentation and to be included in the final program, the deadline is May 20, 2010.

Qualified students and trainees with financial hardships that may limit their ability to attend the Symposium may apply for the Fee Waiver Program. Generally, Free-waivers will be preferentially awarded to participants from financially disadvantaged countries.

Abstracts will only be accepted when the registrant has officially registered.
